Full payment is due on or before delivery of the goods unless other Terms have been agreed.
Deliveries left at premises unattended are left at the hirers risk.
ANY DIFFERENCE MUST BE ADVISED OF IMMEDIATELY BY PHONE OR EMAIL.
DELIVERY and collection are chargeable. Unless notified prior to
delivery we assume it is to the ground floor. It is a hire condition that goods will be
repacked ready for collection on the day agreed.
In cases where there is a long
distance between vehicular access and where the goods are required a charge could be
made on a time basis. We require notification of such instances prior to delivery.
Fizz Hire will make every effort to carry out delivery and collection at times requested
by the hirer.
The HIRER is responsible for loss or damage to goods, from the time
of delivery or collection until their collection.
All equipment is despatched clean and ready to use. At Fizz
Hire we operate a return dirty policy FREE OF CHARGE. By return
dirty we expect all glasses to be empty of fluids/food stuffs and all
plates to be scraped of any food debris.
All shortages, breakages and damage or loss of any goods including packing trays, and boxes will be charged at current replacement cost. No labels are to be removed from any items. Customer’s goods cannot be accepted as replacement.
It is the hirers responsibility to get any items returned to the current unit address of Fizz hire if it was unable to be collected by the driver on or after the agreed collection time.
Fizz Hire will accept no liability for consequential loss or late/non
delivery or damages arising from failure of breakdown of the plant and equipment on
hire.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury or damage caused by the
hire equipment, or its use however caused.
If the equipment is used or stored outside the hirer is responsible
for any damage caused by the weather. All boxes etc must be returned dry or intact and
furniture must be protected from the weather.
TABLE LINEN must not be returned damp or wet. This can cause mildew.
Damage resulting from mildew or other stains and burn marks will be invoiced at the full
replacement cost.
Under no circumstances should electrical appliances be used without
being correctly earthed unless it is of a doubled insulated construction. No electrical
or gas appliances should be tampered with in any way.
Gas appliances must not be used below ground level and should be
situated in a well ventilated area.
Account customers must ensure settlement of all outstanding debts
within 30 days from the date of invoice.
If a cheque which has been presented to us in payment for hire is
returned by the bank a fee will be charged.
Prices quoted are for one days hire only.
Weekend Hire Charged as one day’s hire
2-3 Days – 1.5 x one day’s hire
4-6 Days – 2 x one day’s hire
7-9 Days – 3 x one day’s hire
10-13 Days – 4 x one day’s hire
14 Days and above are subject to negotiation
Under 4 Wks – 25% of hire charge
Under 7 Days – 50% of hire charge
Under 72 hrs – 100% of hire charge
